Overview:
Stainless steel heat exchanger is an efficient heat exchange device used for heat transfer between two fluids, widely applied in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, energy, HVAC and other industries. The equipment is made of high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, cleanliness and structural strength, suitable for heating, cooling, condensation, evaporation and other process of various gas or liquid media. Working Principle:
Stainless steel heat exchanger sets fluid channels to make cold and hot media flow in different paths, and heat is transferred from high-temperature medium to low-temperature medium driven by temperature difference. The cold and hot media are separated by stainless steel heat-conducting wall without direct contact, ensuring high heat transfer efficiency and safe operation. The shell and tube structure is typically composed of a bundle of heat exchange tubes, with cold and hot media flowing in shell side and tube side respectively, suitable for high temperature, high pressure and large flow conditions.
