Stainless steel mixing tank (stainless steel mixing and dispersing tank) is also often called stainless steel stirring kettle, stainless steel thinning tank, and stainless steel dispersing tank. The mixing tank is made of high-quality stainless steel, and can also be made of carbon steel and other materials according to the process requirements of the customer's products, with customized heating and cooling devices to meet different process and production needs. Working Principle:
The stainless steel mixing tank relies on power to drive the stirrer to rotate to achieve mixing and dispersion. The paddle stirrer mainly uses axial and radial flow pushing, suitable for the preliminary mixing of low-viscosity materials; the anchor stirrer is close to the tank wall to prevent sedimentation of high-viscosity materials; the high-shear emulsifying head forms a strong shear force field through high rotation speed to achieve material refinement; the high-speed dispersing disc breaks up agglomerated particles by means of a sawtooth structure and centrifugal force. At the same time, the stirrer drives the material to form a complex flow field, strengthens mass and heat transfer, and ensures mixing effect and temperature uniformity.
Features:

The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, with mirror polishing on the inner and outer surfaces, which is smooth and free of dead corners.
The stainless steel mixing tank can be equipped with 1 to 3 stirrers of different forms. The stirrers can be paddle stirrers, anchor stirrers, high-shear emulsifying heads, high-speed dispersing discs, etc. The installation method of the stirrer can be top-mounted, side-mounted or bottom-mounted.
The top is equipped with a manhole, slurry inlet, automatic cleaning ball, vacuum port, slurry return sprinkler head, and water inlet, and the bottom is equipped with a discharge valve.
A jacket can be configured to realize heating, heat preservation or cooling requirements during the production process.
The stainless steel mixing tank can also be used with a pipeline emulsifier for continuous cycle production.
The stainless steel mixing tank can be modified to be further expanded into automatic complete sets of equipment, which can be equipped with multiple stainless steel liquid storage tanks, stainless steel pull cylinders, vacuum pumps, PLC control systems, etc. According to the configuration of the complete sets of equipment, single-layer or multi-layer steel frame platforms can be selected.
