Overview:
A self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tank is a high-vacuum insulated container integrating low-temperature storage and gas supply functions, specifically designed for the storage and supply of liquid nitrogen (LN₂). The tank body is made of high-quality stainless steel, with a high-vacuum multi-layer insulation structure between the inner and outer liners, which effectively insulates heat and reduces liquid nitrogen evaporation loss. Through the built-in vaporizer and pressurization device, it can realize self-pressurizing delivery of liquid nitrogen without an external gas source, making it a commonly used liquid nitrogen supply solution for laboratories, medical institutions, and small industrial users.
Working Principle:
When gaseous nitrogen is needed or liquid nitrogen is to be delivered, open the pressurization valve of the tank to allow part of the liquid nitrogen to enter the built-in vaporizer and vaporize into nitrogen gas, thereby generating pressure inside the tank. This pressure pushes the liquid nitrogen to output from the liquid phase outlet, realizing the self-pressurizing liquid/gas supply function without an external pressure source. The entire process is stable, safe, and efficient, suitable for intermittent or continuous use.
