The gas-liquid separation tank is a device used to separate gas and liquid components from mixed media, widely applied in various scenarios such as process pipelines, storage tank exhaust systems, vacuum systems, and compressor front ends. Working Principle:
When the gas-liquid mixture enters the separation tank, relying on the characteristic that the liquid density is greater than that of the gas, the liquid sinks under the action of gravity, while the gas rises and is discharged; at the same time, the internal design includes structures such as baffle plates, guide cylinders, and coalescing nets, which can effectively change the fluid flow rate and direction, enhancing the gas-liquid separation efficiency. Some models can also combine the principle of centrifugal force to improve the collection efficiency of tiny liquid droplets, ensuring that the discharged gas is dry and free of liquid entrainment.
