The BRTN24WSS5PC/FC, BRTN30WSS5PC/FC, and BRTN30WSS5PF/FF series are suitable for various types of plastic injection molding machines from 1300T to 4000T. They are driven by five-axis AC servo, with AC servo drive axes as standard. The A-axis rotation angle is 360°, and the C-axis rotation angle is 180°, allowing free positioning and adjustment of the fixture angle. They have a long service life, high precision, low failure rate, and simple maintenance. They are mainly used for rapid removal or complex angle removal applications, especially for long-shaped products such as automotive products and washing machine household appliances.
Five-axis drive and control integrated control system: fewer signal lines, long-distance communication, good expansion performance, strong anti-interference ability, high repeat positioning accuracy, can control multiple axes at the same time, simple equipment maintenance, and low failure rate.
