Cyclone dust collector is a kind of dry gas-solid separation device that uses the centrifugal force generated by the rotating dust-containing gas to separate dust from the gas flow. When the dust-containing gas flow enters the cyclone dust collector through the intake pipe, the gas flow will change from linear motion to circular motion. Dust particles with higher density than gas lose their inertia when they contact the wall and fall along the wall into the ash discharge pipe. When the rotating downward outer air flow reaches the cone, it moves closer to the center of the dust collector due to the conical contraction. When the air flow reaches a certain position at the lower end of the cone, it continues to flow spirally from bottom to top in the middle of the cyclone dust collector in the same rotation direction.
