The beer crate is made of selected new high-density polyethylene raw materials with excellent performance, and is formed by one-time injection molding. The product structure design aims to solve the problem of weak links in the bottom structure of traditional cross ribs. With the same material usage, the innovative design features a large T-shaped box bottom, which increases the connection length between the bottle pocket and the bottom, reduces the concentration of load stress at the bottom, enables the bottle bottom and the bottom to form an effective mechanical transmission whole, and greatly improves the service life of the crate.
