Function:
This packaging line realizes automatic folding and forming of aircraft boxes, automatic insertion of instruction manuals, automatic bagging and sealing of items, automatic boxing of packages, and automatic labeling of outer boxes.
Process:

Aircraft Box Folding Machine: automatic paper feeding, automatic folding and forming, and output;
Automatic Collating Machine: automatically drop instruction manuals onto the aircraft boxes;
Bag Making and Bagging Machine: product conveying, online punching and bag making with roll film, automatic bagging, automatic sealing, and mechanical arm grabs the packages and automatically drops them into the aircraft boxes;
Automatic Labeling Machine: automatically conveys and pastes labels on the top/side of the boxes.
