AGVS Management System - Dynamic Route Scheduling:
After receiving the order from the upper-level system, the scheduling system will assign the most suitable AGV to transport the order based on the order requirements, current status of AGVs, idle status, distance from the vehicle to the goods location, and current battery level; instead of one vehicle for one workstation, which avoids the stagnation of production line delivery due to AGV failure or other reasons.
The logistics management system uses the shortest path method to plan the path. Different workstations and different models correspond to different material picking locations. The scheduling system plans the shortest path for AGVs based on workstation requirements, material picking points, and the real-time position of the selected AGV.
