Folding Machine:

It has the discrimination, protection and alarm of folding specifications, and has a self-diagnosis and automatic management system;
Horizontal and vertical folding start control, which can realize two horizontal and two vertical four-channel folding;
It has key parts of speed closed-loop and photoelectric shortening oil control system, speed measuring system and transmission system. Imported parts are used to have speed control and accurate positioning of the cloth conveying system, accurately measure the cloth length and calculate the folding length;
It can realize process control and run directly with the ironing machine, which greatly improves work efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of workers;
It adopts a computer controller with a full Chinese man-machine dialogue interface, with 17-way switch input and 17-way output, a large-screen LCD display, dynamically displaying the working status of the folding machine, and a full digital control frequency conversion drive system, which can program 30 automatic folding programs.

Stacker:

The transmission design is optimized, abandoning the traditional chain transmission, and all adopt synchronous belts or self-lubricating gears for transmission, which can realize lifelong maintenance-free, and has the advantages of stable transmission and low noise;
All key components are imported. The pneumatic system uses SMC, the reducer uses Nissei reducer, the photoelectric sensor uses Yamatake, the bearing uses FYH, and the electrical components use Schneider;
The shaft bodies are all made of precision stainless steel composite pipes, which reduces the  of the shaft body, improves the mechanical movement accuracy and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
