The screw valve is designed with an eccentric screw structure, where the rotor and stator form dual sealed chambers that are independent and alternately continuous. When the rotor rotates inside the stator, the fluid moves spirally along the rotor's axis without changing its shape or volume, allowing the fluid to be send from the inlet to the outlet. The conveying process does not exert shear force on the medium and has no impact on the medium's properties.
The screw and stator have self-sealing capabilities. The rotating cooperation of the stator and rotor forms a stable conveying chamber for quantitative output. Through motor reversal for suck-back, it can easily achieve adhesive cutoff, perfectly solving the problems of dripping and stringing during dispensing.
