Working Principle:

With a special eccentric spiral structure, it can complete long-time stable gluing.
The motor can be adjusted to rotate forward and reverse to achieve the suck-back function.
The special pump structure is not affected by external environment and material changes, and is suitable for glues from low viscosity to high viscosity.
Freely and simply adjust the mixing ratio and glue output. Controlled by the rotation number and speed of the rotor, the glue output and ratio can be adjusted simply and quickly.

There are two control methods: quantitative and linkage.
The electric control box has a signal input port, which can work with automatic dispensing equipment and assembly lines.
Glue ratio and quantitative calibration functions for more convenient operation.
Anti-curing function: When shutting down, you can choose the standby mode. According to the curing time of the glue, set定时吐胶 to prevent the glue from curing in the mixing tube.
When the motor fails to work, the touch screen will prompt an alarm.
Glue output speed alarm, which is used to automatically prompt an alarm when the glue output speed is set improperly.
When any motor alarms and cannot work, both A and B valves will not work to prevent incorrect glue ratio and non-curing.
