Overview:
The furnace body of the single crystal furnace consists of a furnace bottom plate, a main furnace chamber, a furnace cover, an isolation valve chamber, a secondary furnace chamber, a seed crystal lifting and rotating mechanism, and a crucible lifting and rotating mechanism. The whole is precision manufactured with 304L/316L stainless steel, featuring a structure and resistance to high temperature and corrosion. The product cavity undergoes high-precision machining and multiple non-destructive testing processes, including defect furnace chamber inspection, flaw detection, 2.0MPa water pressure test, and ammonia mass spectrometry leak detection, to fully ensure the sealing and stability of the equipment. The structure has reliable sealing and strict precision control, providing solid safety guarantee and performance support for the single crystal silicon pulling process.
