Telescopic cylinder:
Two telescopic cylinders push the boom to telescope. The boom telescopes at small and medium working ranges, and the telescopic steel wire rope does not work to ensure that the boom has strong lifting capacity in the middle of the working range; because the bearing capacity of the cylinder is much greater than that of the steel wire rope.
Boom section:
The transverse bending stiffness and torsional stiffness of the U-shaped boom are better than other boom types. The upper part has large tensile stress, which improves the stability coefficient of the side plate. The lower plate is beneficial to improve the ability to resist local instability. Under the same cross-sectional area and the same stress conditions, the U-shaped section boom greatly improves its deformation resistance and reduces the weight of the boom at the same time.
Splicing length:
The compact design of the boom head and boom tail effectively increases the overlapping length and improves the lifting capacity under the full boom working condition; at the same time, the double-cylinder telescoping can effectively reduce the structural size of the boom tail, making it easier to design a more compact boom tail structure and ensuring a longer overlapping length;
Lifting mechanism:
The hydraulic winch is braked by disc springs and friction plates, which is stable, reliable, efficient, low noise and low heat generation; the lowering process relies on the hydraulic balance valve to balance heavy objects, which greatly improves the reliability of the product; the planetary reduction mechanism has uniform force and stable power transmission:
