Elimination of Channeling Phenomenon: The air distributor in the adsorption tower adopts a self-developed large-section stainless steel diffuser to ensure uniform airflow through the desiccant layer, eliminating channeling. It is corrosion-resistant, durable, and never needs replacement.
Energy-Saving Working Condition Setting: Regeneration air volume can be set to the optimal energy-saving working condition according to dew point requirements, inlet flow, pressure, and temperature. It can also adjust the regeneration air consumption according to the operating load demand of the (drying machine) to achieve energy-saving effect.
Heatless Regeneration Air Consumption Less Than 15%: The tower body is designed with a reasonable structure, preserving 95% of the adsorption heat to increase the air temperature during regeneration, improving the desorption capacity of the equipment and ensuring thorough regeneration.
Air Source Quality: Stable drying and regenerative reverse convection prevent the desiccant from being easily contaminated, ensuring stable air source quality.
Micro-Heat Regeneration Adsorption Dryer: Due to the installed heater, air consumption is reduced to 6%. For 80 cubic meters and above, two pressure relief valves and one regeneration shut-off valve are added to extend the desiccant life. If molecular sieve is used as the desiccant, the pressure dew point can be further reduced.
