Introduction to Molded Composite (Unsaturated Resin) Cable Tray
In industrial enterprises with flammable, explosive, and corrosive environments, the cable tray, as the carrier of power transmission cables, its anti-corrosion performance and mechanical properties are the basic guarantee for the product's service life to be synchronized with the production equipment. Structural form: trough type, ladder type.

Protection grade: IP44 (trough type fire protection requirements shall comply with IP44).

Fire performance: flame retardant grade B1, difficult to ignite within 30mmin when exposed to open flame, no penetration holes, no fission, no hot dripping.

Service environment condition grade: outdoor anti-strong corrosion grade 4C4.

Mechanical properties: rigidity and toughness are equivalent to metal materials, no deformation, no expansion, no delamination, no pulverization.

Operating temperature range: -40℃-220℃.

The installation of the tray bottom and cover is snap-fastened, which is convenient for installation and separation and reliable for fastening.

Color: optional, default color 7035 gray.

Service life: >30 years, maintenance-free during use.

Production Method
Each specification of straight trough bottom, trough cover, various types of elbows and connectors has a single mold respectively. They are all molded by a 2000T molding machine at a high temperature of 150℃, with the required fireproof, anti-corrosion, reinforcing, bonding and other components formed by one-time thermosetting molding.
