Accurate measurement even if the workpiece is positionally offset:
Jitter-free measurement is also possible for moving targets. Green LED parallel light is emitted from the transmitter, and the shadow is imaged by CMOS in the receiver; dimensions are measured based on the imaging information. Both the transmitting and receiving sides are equipped with telecentric systems, which highly utilize the parallelism of light, thereby achieving ultra-high stability and accuracy.
Ensure the accuracy of the entire field of view. The telecentric optical system adopts a structure that only receives parallel light in principle, so it is not easily affected by ambient light, and the imaging size does not easily change when thermal expansion occurs, which can fully suppress the influence of temperature changes. The influence of ambient light and temperature changes is almost zero.
Easy setup with abundant tools. Depending on different combinations, there are more than 100 measurement tools available. In addition to simple dimension measurement, it can also realize various measurement contents required for online inspection such as geometric tolerance measurement, standard contour comparison for easy product identification, and defect distance measurement for easy appearance inspection.
Dimension and defect detection of stepped drills: By measuring while moving on the assembly line, various dimension measurements and burr, foreign object detection are realized.

Defect distance measurement:
Extract the contour from the edge of the workpiece, and identify the part that differs greatly from the contour line as burrs, defects or foreign objects. This function is used to measure the distance from the extracted contour to the front end of the foreign object. It not only supports straight line or circle detection, but also supports the detection of complex shape contours composed of free curves such as wavy surfaces.
Dimension measurement and arc detection of heat sinks: For heat sinks with complex shapes, various dimensions and arc defects can be detected simultaneously.
Equipped with a standard contour comparison tool for intuitive detection of complex shapes: In addition to ordinary dimension measurement such as pitch or hole area, this tool can also use area values at different positions for judgment on standard images: carbon film resistors with complex shapes that are not easy to set tools can also be stably detected.
