LS225 (Model): Product Features: Split detachable probe, iron-based probe and aluminum-based probe optional, maximum measuring range 2000um
Can measure coatings below 10um
Repeatability up to 0.1um with fixture
Can measure small-sized materials
Can measure special-shaped materials
The LS225 coating thickness gauge consists of
LS225 main unit and probe. Currently, the main unit can support F500 iron-based probe
and N1500, N2000 non-ferrous probes. F500 and N1500 adopt ultra-small
probe design, especially suitable for measuring thin coatings on small workpieces such as nails
and bolts, or various aluminum surfaces and anodized layers. N2000 adopts self-weight trigger measurement design, suitable for measuring coating thickness of flat plates.
Core Advantages:
F500 and N1500 are probe-type measuring heads, especially suitable for measuring coatings on special-shaped and small-sized workpieces
N2000 probe adopts self-weight trigger measurement design, with consistent pressure and stable data
Adopts digital oscillation technology and high-speed ADC acquisition, which can accurately measure ultra-thin coatings below 10μm
Digital probe and temperature compensation function make data not easily interfered, providing excellent accuracy and repeatability
Supports zero adjustment and multi-point calibration, data is more accurate after calibration with the equipped standard sheets
Equipped with data statistics function, automatically maximum, minimum, average and variance values
A special hand-pressed test rack is available for users to purchase, eliminating errors caused by human factors (only supported by F500 and N1500)
