This is a fully customized online thickness measurement equipment for vacuum coating. It utilizes the principle that the transmittance (optical density) of a material is proportional to its thickness. By monitoring the optical transmittance (optical density) of the material, it achieves the purpose of monitoring the uniformity of the material and the thickness of the coating. The equipment adopts an RS485 communication interface and supports the standard MODBUS communication protocol, which can be connected to a human-machine interface, PLC or computer to realize closed-loop control. It is commonly used for online quality monitoring in roll-to-roll vacuum coating machines, coating machines, and glass production lines. The equipment consists of a measurement and control host and a human-machine interface control box.
